When you feel that normal collection efforts have failed, you may authorize us to refer an account for suit action.

With your completion of a Small Claims Authorization form, we will proceed with suit action.

There are many benefits of SCA that lead to payment, and I would like to share a few of them with you:

Credit Check- MAA proprietary system that allows us to qualify debtors who might be withholding information about the ability to pay their debt(s) to our clients.
Small claims mediation- this allows mediation between the debtor and a member of our staff with a professional mediator.
Employment verification- through the mediation process the debtor's employment is verified and his earnings are revealed to give a starting point on what he or she can afford to pay. Many times this leads to payment in full on an account.
Mediation resolution- through mediation the debtor and member of our staff reach an agreement to get payment in full.
Small Claims Action- if debtor still does not agree to pay there are many remedies that can be reached through the Small Claims process, all of which lead to a very high success rate of recovery.
No Collection, No Charge Basis- for an extra 10% commission we will pay for all the above cost associated with this program. The cost we assume start out as low as $50.00 per account and can reach hundreds of dollars per account. We take the risk to recover your money. If we do not collect, you do not pay. SCA is on a contingency fee basis.
